I have just bought a Nissan juke from RSL CARS Ltd . HARTLEPOOL. (IMPECCABLE)
I came across them by a fortunate accident. It was serendipity ,The young man in the office was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and most of all honest. Which for some car salesmen is virtually non existent. He was very thorough in his information, helpful and funny .
I was given a demo of the cars performance (impressive) I was unsure of what colour I wanted at the time ,So he managed to put both vehicles side by side and guided me through the points of both vehicles. At the end it was up to me .He was so patient with me.
(Which I appreciated greatly)
I finally made my choice.
The whole team were very thorough in each of there fields of work. (Showed pride ) price was perfect for my budget, The vehicle was immaculate when it arrived at my door . Every thing was brilliant. I only give credit where credit is due. These people deserve it most sincerely. I was informed as he left ,If I needed any further help they were more than happy to assist. If I could give more than 5 stars I would quite happily.
Richard and the lads are a great team.
Keep up the brilliant work lads .You are second to none. I intend to visiting in the future should I need help (feel safe I'm not getting ripped off.) These guys are real deal. Thank you all lads .Cheers.

I bought a ford fiesta from RSL cars back in September 2024, I noticed a few little bits that needed doing on the car which was no problem from the lads (which could of happened to anyone) and they were more than happy to help and sort it out. Very professional lads and will definitely will be buying my next car from them. Top lads.

Most lovely helpful guys! Couldn’t ask for anything more, helped repair my blowers in my car whilst lending me courtesy car and not even charging me after sorting the fuse out for me! After showing them my damages on my car they give me amazing prices so I was more than happy to go back to them. Got this arranged and again given a courtesy car to get me to work while my car was getting sorted, they were so kind and did an amazing job and at such a reasonable price too! I would definitely recommend them and go back to them if I need anything else! Couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, much appreciated. Such amazing lads x

I've recently bought a 2015 mini countryman cooper SD from Rich I'm pretty sure that's his name it's been about 3months since purchasing the vehicle so I thought is was time to give them a review when I viewed the car his service and manner was fantastic anything wasn't to much he just gave me the keys and me and my wife went out and loved it we did find a little knocking form the backend but that did no stop me handing my money over because I know I could trust Rich to get it sorted before I collected the car after it had been serviced and MOT and the knocking was sorted out it was 2 bushes on the rear that needed changing I would 💯 recommend RSL Cars in Hartlepool Rich was 💯 true to his word the car has done over 3,000 miles and not even i single worrie we have just done a 500 mile round trip this weekend and the lake district go give these guys a look if your looking for a new car

I bought a lovely car from this firm after my previous car was written off and the transaction was smooth, efficient and quick. I have had to come back a few times with issues that needed a repair or replacement and the staff have been nothing but fair and helpful with me. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from RSL Cars and would recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is second to none.

Update: I have now changed the car and, as stated in my original review, I bought from RSL again. Fuss free, easy and a pleasant experience again. I also use them for MOT and servicing.
